Artwork needs to be approved within 7 days of delivery. If we cannot reach you for approval, we move your order into production.

On the rare occasion that we get the artwork wrong on the first try, we will work with you via email to ensure the final approval meets your requirements and looks just like your pet!

Upload Your Pet Photo

Choose your favorite picture of your pet and upload it to our website. Our artists will get to work creating your masterpiece.

Preview Artwork

Artwork is sent to you for approval within 48-72 hours of purchase.

Prepare to be Obessed

Once artwork is approved, we stitch and ship your order out ASAP! Snap a photo or video of your new favorite crewneck and leave a review for discounts on future orders!

Frequently Asked Questions

1.Make sure your photo has good lighting– enough to see the details of your furry (or non-furry) friend’s face, but not so much that their face is too bright to see.

2.A head-on shot is preferred– Make sure that you get the full face in the photo, including both ears. If only half of your pet’s face is showing, only half of its face will be on your product!

3.Avoid blurry photos– the higher the clarity of the photo, the better. Remember that the photo will be shrunk down, so some subtle features may not be seen as clearly in the final product.

Absolutely! We like to encourage our customers to upload pictures of pets, humans, cars, and even logos, too!

Gently wash by hand using cold water. If using a machine, turn inside out, use low and cold settings, and let it air dry. Air drying will reduce shrinkage that occurs with cotton.

Since the dye used can leave some residue on the clothes, it's best to wash this item with clothes that have similar colors. This way, it won't stain lighter or white clothes when washed together.

We'll send you an artwork proof within 3 business days of your purchase.

Once artwork proofs are approved, we'll make your one-of-a-kind product home to you within 7 business days.

Once produced, we ship our orders through USPS or UPS within the continental US.Shipping times can vary between 3-5 business days
