Our Crewnecks are sized based on a Unisex Fit.

Gently wash by hand using cold water. If using a machine, turn inside out, use low and cold settings, and let it air dry. Air drying will reduce shrinkage that occurs with cotton.

Since the dye used can leave some residue on the clothes, it's best to wash this item with clothes that have similar colors. This way, it won't stain lighter or white clothes when washed together.

DO NOT USE STAIN OR SPOT REMOVERS / ERASERS

• Each design has up to 35,000 stitches that make the finished product as realistic as possible.
• Each design uses up to 20 thread colors to ensure the final result resembles your pets coat!

IMPORTANT: If you wish to swap your original uploaded photo for a new one after purchasing, there will be an additional $30 charge.

You will receive the first proof within 2-3 business days of purchase via email.

Artwork needs to be approved within 7 days of delivery. If we cannot reach you for approval, we move your order into production.

On the rare occasion that we get the artwork wrong on the first try, we will work with you via email to ensure the final approval meets your requirements and looks just like your pet!

Please be very specific with the revision requests to ensure we understand exactly what you would like us to adjust.

Since y'all asked so nicely, we've now added the option to add 2 pet portraits to the same crewneck.

Important to note:

Single pet portraits are about 4 inches x 4 inches.

Two pet portraits are about 2.25 inches by 2.25 inches.

The single portraits come with a higher level of detail, and are our personal favorite.

Dual Portraits are smaller, and slightly less detailed.
